Hello Mr Cook.
I completed an associate degree in cybersecurity at Pensacola State College. In December. I am also working toward security+. I have many years of customer service experience running service routes. I am very good at keeping customers satisfied by doing a good job and always remaining professional. I have found that the best way to retain customers is by listening to their concerns and doing everything I can to help fix problems. I have a basic level understanding of IT and need experience to learn more. I am very interested in this career opportunity.
