Good Afternoon, I'm responding on the Indeed post on entry level for IT field. I would like to get some advice and more information on how to get started.

I am also interested in the entry-level IT technician position. I am currently taking classes in Miami Dade Collage for certificate degree. My major is IT support specialist. I will graduate this August. I don't have experience as a technician but i am very exited to start. I am that type of person who wants to work, grow and learn. I am very ambitious and positive. I have worked mostly in restaurants here in Miami. I started from busser cleaning tables, then server and after that a manager. I am very reliable, honest and i take my job serious.
