Bill Cook Hello My last major position was with Dell in Round Rock Texas. I was a Senor Global Enterprise Support. They let quite a few people go after merger. I can work with personal systems or enterprise systems. With the proper tools i can get most systems up and running in no time. I have worked with troubleshooting both hardware and software systems.
