Bill Cook Hello! I recently applied via indeed for a field IT technician position. I am A+ certified and have experience co-managing a network of 20+ computers. This includes experience with active directory and basic troubleshooting skills. Currently I am working as a manager at a wendys. This is mainly to attain better people skills and more managing experience. I am currently enrolled at northwest Florida State college with plans to transfer to UWF to finish a bachelor's in Cybersecurity.
