Here in south Florida I've been with IBM as a Mobility Support Tech, servicing Financial companies and Big Box retailers with MACs (moves, adds, changes), point-of-sale installations, mobile pay cart configurations, etc. In a previous life, (in Maryland) I was an IT Support Tech (10 years) a Help Desk Manager (3 years) and software config manager (5 years). Got A+ Cert in 2015 and currently pursuing my Network+. Want back in Field Service, configs, networking.
